Silk Wellness & Aesthetics respects you as an individual, an equal, and a partner in the process. We promise to always hold up our end of the deal, when you commit to yours.
Here are a few ground rules for working with Silk:
- First time patients please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Paperwork will need to be filled out, so be prepared.
- Show up to appointments on time. If you are late to an appointment, you may be charged the full price of a consultation.
- Cancelations will be accepted 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Any appointment that’s missed without early cancelation either by voice, voicemail or timestamped email may be charged (see FAQs below).
Frequently Asked Questions
Your credit card information is taken prior to all appointments, in the case of a no-show. If you arrive too late for the doctor to still accommodate your appointment, or you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance it will be considered a missed appointment and you will be charged ($50 for body contouring initial consultations and the price of a regular appointment for all others).
For medical consults, iv infusions and medical aesthetics appointments you can be in your regular, casual clothing. Body contouring patients should wear modest undergarments and loose clothing without any metal in the treatment location or the article may need to be removed.
Integrative and regenerative medicine treatments are scheduled for one hour. IV Nutrient infusions listed on the site are approximately 1 hour in length. Medical related IV therpies can be anywhere from 2-4 hours in length. Medical aesthetics procedures are dependent on the modality and can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour per session. See body sculpting or fat elimination sections of the site for details on length of those sessions.
The costs of supplements, medications and testing are not included in your consultation fees.

At Silk Wellness & Aesthetics, we’re focused on proactive prevention rather than reactive treatment. We don’t wait until you get sick to start tackling obstacles to your overall wellness. This is why we don’t take health insurance for our services (although your lab fees may be covered depending upon your insurance plan). While insurance certainly plays an important role in today’s healthcare paradigm, we believe that the current insurance system limits your ability to receive the level of comprehensive evaluation, innovative treatment strategies and proactive care that Silk is here to provide.
